Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
